Welcome to Flaming Kabob Restaurant, offering Lebanese Cuisine.
Our restaurant is proudly family-owned and operated, dedicated to serving the wonderful families of Commerce Twp with exquisite Lebanese cuisine. We have created an intimate atmosphere that not only delights the senses but also promotes a healthy and natural diet. Located on West 14 Mile Rd. in Commerce Township, Michigan.
On a daily basis, we cook home-cooked meals using the freshest produce and the finest lamb, beef, and chicken. The assortment and combinations of food are distinct, often including garlic, olive oil, herbs, and spices such as ground cloves, ground coriander, black pepper, ground cinnamon, paprika, ground allspice, and cumin, along with the freshest of ingredients.
Whether you join us for lunch or dinner, a feast would not be an exaggeration when describing the spread at Flaming Kabob Restaurant. Hummus, Foul, Labna, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Babaghanoj, Lentil Soup, Shawarma (beef/chicken), Falafel sandwich, and Tabbouli salads are just a few examples of the Lebanese renditions of fast food.
We offer many daily specials that are authentic family favorites, such as stuffed zucchini and grape leaves with meat, baked kafta, okra stew, Lebanese-style baked chicken with potato, and beef stroganoff. These are just a few of the delicious Lebanese dishes worth mentioning.
For dessert and sweets lovers, Baklava, Kunafa, Namura are must-tries and are traditionally served with a good strong cup of Turkish coffee.
Lebanese cuisine is rich in vegetables, meat, and fresh seafood. Mazza (hors d’oeuvres) plays a starring role in Lebanese food presentation, especially Tabbouli, Kibbee, Hummus, Baba-Ghannouj, Stuffed Grape Leaves, and Falafel, completing the scrumptious rich cuisine of Lebanese food varieties on our menu.
